RETAIL OPERATIONSRetail Operations Manager:
Hours: Varied schedule includes days, evenings and weekends. This is an exempt position.
Benefits: Full benefits package, to include: vacation, sick time, health insurance, life insurance and 403B.
Duties: Responsibilities include but are not limited to overall management of the retail store. Responsibilities include controlling company assets through effective recruitment, training and scheduling. Meeting budgeted sales goals monthly/annually. Accurately receiving merchandise and creating attractive displays. Effectively hire, train, supervise and evaluate all store personnel. Completing required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements: Associates or Bachelors Degree in business management or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Valid Virginia driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and proof of insurance. Reliable transportation required.

Retail Assistant Manager:
Hours: Varied schedule includes days, evenings and weekends.

Duties: Responsible for the overall management for retail store in the absence of the store manager. Responsibilities include controlling company assets through effective recruitment, training and scheduling. Meeting budgeted sales goals monthly/annually. Accurately receiving merchandise and creating attractive displays. Effectively hire, train, supervise and evaluate all store personnel. Completing required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements: HS Diploma/GED required. Reliable transportation required. A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a retail environment required.

Retail Donation Attendant:
Hours: variable
Benefits: Full benefit package available for full-time associates, including health, dental and life insurance, vacation, sick and holiday pay and 403(B).
Duties: Receive and sort donated goods and recyclable materials at a Goodwill store.
Requirements: Must have reliable transportation, good customer service, ability to lift 50 lbs.
